Terms of Service
Last updated 20 September 2026. Slotbill is operated by Geary Works (Mike Geary), 1380 Rio Rancho Blvd SE #470, Rio Rancho, New Mexico 87124.
What Slotbill does
Slotbill reads a calendar export that you provide and produces invoice documents from the events in it. It is a document-making tool. It does not send invoices for you, does not collect money from your clients, and does not file anything with any tax authority.
You are responsible for what your invoices say
Slotbill works from the events and rates you give it. If your calendar is wrong, or a rate is wrong, the invoice will be wrong. Check every invoice before you send it to a client. You, not Slotbill, are responsible for the accuracy of anything you bill, and for any tax, VAT or sales tax treatment.
Paying
Slotbill costs $29 per year. Payment is handled by Polar, which is the merchant of record and appears on your card statement. Access lasts one year from purchase and does not renew automatically unless the checkout says it does.
What we do not promise
Slotbill is sold as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of faults. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending it
You can stop using Slotbill at any time. We can end your access if you use Slotbill to break the law or to attack the service. If we end your access for any other reason, we refund the unused part of your year.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
